Upload Tool (import from Turbo Lister) doesn't work properly

To replicate:

1. Download Turbo Lister from ebay. Install it and run it, apply all updates.
2. Synchronize Turbo Lister (this will import all your listings from eBay into Turbo Lister)
3. From Listing Activity, select your listings, and copy.
4. Paste into the "Inventory folder"
5. Select the listings from Inventory folder and EXPORT them in "Turbo Lister format"
6. In auctiva: Listings > Upload .. and upload the file.

Result: Some listings are not properly imported. Most will be missing the default image. Many will have shipping errors.

This seems to be a bug in how Auctiva processes the format of the CSV file exported by Turbo Lister

Just my 2 cents from a long time user - if you think Auctiva is going to be better, think again. I use TL and Auctiva both, as the slowness of Auctiva will make you want to pull your hair out. It is no surprise that their conversion program doesn't work. They rarely do thorough testing of their products and changes. Auctiva has extremely poor tech support as well as you will certainly find out. Just read some of the on going posts in the listing forum....

I noticed that you already filed a support case about this issue and that it was determined that this information was not imported for the listings in question because no data was entered in the columns for the picture and shipping information for those listings.

If you need any further assistance with that matter, please feel free to follow up with us using the support case you have already opened on the subject and we will do our best to work with you to get the desired result with your CSV uploads.

If anyone else who may come across this thread is having trouble with our Upload from File tool, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
