In the past couple of days I can't upload more than one picture at a time.

My browser is IE 7 and use Auctiva's 'Basic HTML uploader". When I try to upload more than one picture at a time, the uploader will only upload the first picture, then just hangs and does nothing. I've never had a problem until now. I'll go nuts if I have to keep uploading one at a time!

I feel your pain! I've been having the same problem. If I'm lucky, I can get 2 or 3 to upload at a time. Most of the time, I keep getting an error that says "error 12031" and a message saying something about the upload being aborted. I posted on here several days ago in hopes of finding out what that error code meant, but nobody responded. Maybe someone will be able to tell us something to clarify the problem.
To Holtgrey,

I can see what looks like a portion of an IE browser page..something you'd see when you can't get an internet connection. It just appears in the middle of the page where the upload stops.

Makes me wonder if i'm having an intermitent connection problem during upload. I've never gotten an error message however.
Hey sjts,
I've never had that happend. My upload always starts, then stops and that error code pops up.

Do you think your problem could have something to do with your pop-up blocker maybe? I know that has given me problems in the past if I don't have it turned off.

Here's one other idea that may or may not work. I've had problems in the past with Auctiva and other sites as well that use something called ActiveX. I'm not very computer literate, so I'm not sure what it is. Someone told me problems like you're having can be due to some of the security settings on the computer. I've found if you will hold down your CONTROL button before you click on whatever it is you're trying to do, it I guess bypasses whatever that security setting is and lets it work. I have to do this to get the category selection to work when I'm listing through Auctiva. Otherwise I just get a blank pop-up. Like I said, this may be totally irrelevant to your problem, but it's the only thing I can think of you might try. Let me know if you have any luck!
I really think now it was my internet connection. I was using my laptop and I noticed I had a weak signal when I had the upload issues. My signal is strong again and no problems since! My pop up blocker has never caused an upload problem.

I do think the drag & drop uploader isn't working because of the ActiveX thing. I tried turning it off, doing what you said about the control key but nothing works. I was told that a service ticket might be the best way to resolve it.

So for now, I'll continue to use the HTML uploader until I can get the other to work. Hope you can get things working on your end too!
