So I went to the usual bulk uploader, and it says I need an additional plug-in. Ok, no prob. I click on the icon to download the plug-in, and I get this:

Conclusion
No suitable plugins were found.
Unknown Plugin (application/x-java-applet;version=1.4)

It shows a button with "Manual Install" on it - but that takes me to the Java website and I don't know what to do there.

I'm using Mac OSX, and Firefox. I've never encountered this issue before.

Hi ubuy-isell,

Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter. There is currently a known issue with Firefox 4.0 that causes it to perform poorly in conjunction with Java applets (such as the one used by the Auctiva Uploader) and it sounds like you are most likely being impacted by that problem.

We will have to wait for Mozilla to address that issue with the next update to Firefox but, assuming this did happen after you updated to Firefox 4.0. I believe you will be able to work around the problem by rolling back to Firefox 3.6.16 for the time being.

You can download Firefox 3.6.16 from the following page of the Mozilla website: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

If you are not using Firefox 4.0 or if you continue to encounter the same problem after rolling back to Firefox 3.6.16, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab on our site and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
