Hello: Charles here, I've been reading most of the "getting started" posts the one thing I heven't seen is, the ability to upload data feed from personal websites or excel like database files using Auctiva. I've been working with Turbo List from Ebay which has those time saving features. the problem is, the errors I receive when I try to post them on Ebay auction. example. " Error 1 of 1

No <Item.Location> exists or <Item.Location> is specified as an empty tag.

No <Item.Location> exists or <Item.Location> is specified as an empty tag in the XML request." Sometimes it says my username and password does'nt match. I've been struggling with this for several days now, with no success. Please, don't tell me that I will have to list my Items the old fashioned way with auctiva, wich I recently downloaded. Good news from anyone will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi SilverCJ,

The free listing tools provided at http://www.auctiva.com do not allow users the ability to upload listings from personal websites or from CSV files.

However, we do offer one listing product, Mister Poster, which allows users the capability to upload listings in CSV format. More information, along with a free 30-day trial of this product can be found at http://classic.auctiva.com.
