Uploading pictures in bulk

Unsure as to what your question/problem pertains to?
If using IE use the drag and drop uploader and if using Firefox use the Java uploader. Pretty basic, pretty simple.
What kind of tricks do you want the uploader to do?

Thanks for responding Taz. Of course I went back through the process so I could explain what was happening and it worked perfectly. I hate that!

When I was trying last night it indicated that the file could only be a certain number of bytes and even selecting just one file it didn't like the file size.

I'll get this stuff yet.

What resolution are you taking pictures at with your camera? Set it to no bigger than 1024 x 768 ( 1M in camera settings) Anything bigger than that really slows the system down, and Auctiva resizes your photos anyway so taking higher resolution pics is pretty much pointless.

Okay - I spoke too soon.

Pictures started their upload and then returned the error "Sending information to the server failed with error code 12030. Uploading has been aborted".

I made several attempts with the same result.

I don't think it is the file size because I have no problem during the day (see my other post) uploading pictures to listings.

Your best bet is going to be to file a support request through the help page and give them the error code and a detail of the problems you have bben having
