I wanted to add additional pictures to my active Auctiva-created auctions. I went to my active listings and checked off each one (at a time!) and clicked Add Images. Everything seemed fine and dandy, but when I go to my images it doesn't show them as being in an active listing (it has a 0 by it) and they aren't showing up in the auctions. Do I have to wait a certain length of time for them to appear in the listing? I know I can change the saved listing and swap it for the current html but then what is the purpose of having the little button there? Forgive me, I'm so new and so terribly confused.

Hi Piscine,

When the "Add Images" button on the active listings page is used, the images should appear in the specified auction momentarily. When you attempted to add images in this manner, did you receive a "Listing will momentarily have the selected image(s) added" confirmation message?

In any event, for further assistance with this matter, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:

Hi Piscine,

Since you aren't receiving the "Listing will momentarily have the selected image(s) added" confirmation message, I suspect you may be skipping a step.

Once you have uploaded the desired images using the "Add Images" pop-up window, you should receive a message confirming that the image has been uploade. After that, to add the image to the listing, you must click the "Back to Image Selector" link and you will be directed to a page containing your Auctiva image archive. Locate and check the newly uploaded images on that page, and then click the "Add" button. You should then receive the "Listing will momentarily have the selected image(s) added" confirmation message and the images will be appended to the listing shortly thereafter.

If a technical problem is responsible for preventing this functionality from working properly on your end, one of our support representatives will address that through your open support case. Good luck!

-Mike
