URGENT - how do i remove a listing?

Brand new & having a lot of problems. We already had several active listings & signed up for auctiva. Thought everything was okay but now some of the listings have been added twice. What's going on?????!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, when I do a product search, my listings do not appear? Need help right away...PLEASE.

Hi stillwellfan if this is also your ebay seller ID then I only see 1 listing for your items? It is common for the items not to show initially when using 3rd party listing software. When new items are listed allow up to 8 hours for them to show during a search. Sometimes Auctiva will have a hiccup and make it look as though the item listed twice
