Use of Templates

I enjoy the use and flexability of Auctiva's site, I have 2 questions though:

1) Are the templates only available for use on ebay? Can they be used on other auction sites? All references to Auctiva would be left in the lisitng.

2) When a user purchases multiple items, is there a way to generate 1 invoice using the auctiva checkout?

As far as I know it isn't a problem to use the templates on other sites. You can't list there directly, of course, but you can "Get HTML" and put it in the other site's lister.
