I just did a test listing with your information...Specifics come up for me, New or Used. The category # should be 14913. Are you submitting the category first? The Item Specifics won't show until you enter the category.

under the category thing, theres usually a link, choose item specifics.
click on this and it will open a pop up to select all your specifics - colour, size, condition, washable etc.

Bingo. Thanks. That is soooooo obscure! Since it is such a critical item to specify, I wish they would just list it right on the page without requiring that link.
