User Links - View My Other Items For Sale

Hello. When listing an item, there is an option in the Item Description to insert User Links. When using this feature and clicking the link in the listed auctions, I get a '404 Not Found' screen.

Full message is:
Sorry, the page you are looking for cannot be found. cgi6.{ebay_site}/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid={EBAY_USERID}&completed=0&sort=3&since=-1

Is there an issue with this feature or is there something I need to do in order to use this correctly?

Hi nagaraya,

I just did a test by adding that to a Saved Listing and Previewed. Link worked for by Ebay ID OK. I do have 11 auctions running and the link lanuched an ebay page with my 11 auctions showing.

Now that's using Auctiva's Lister Preview, but the code on active auction by that error suggests something(s) isn't getting filled correctly.

If you can replicate in Preview and get no errors, I'd file a Support Case. I'm almost betting it's another recent ebay change, and there seems to be alot of them.

Dan,

I did the test by inserting a User Link in Saved Listing and then Previewed the listing. It was OK - no issues or errors.

Don't have time to try to recreate the issue. I went ahead and revised the auctions that had no bids to the correct link.
