Using Auctiva Templates

Tried using the Stary Fashion Gold in my last auction, however the Description, Shiping, About Me, etc., Titles did not show up as in template. How do I input info. into these Headings? Also would like to past a butterfly animation next to Headings how would I do this?

Hi,

The description header is followed by whatever you enter in the one-page lister description editor box. The other headers are inserts from a Seller Details profile, which is selected to the right of where you select template on the one-page lister. See the Profile tab to create Seller Details.

I filled out the template and then posted it to my ebay site fashionably_chic4u2. However nothing really looks right. The sub- titles are all missing- Payment, Shipping, About Me. Can you please tell me what I did wrong, so I can edit my auction. Thank you

Hi,

Those specific sub-titles/headers will only appear when you have created a Seller Details profile and selected that profile for use. That selection is directly right of the blue Template Selector box on the one-page lister.

I also see that a .gif image has a problem in the listing. This one doesn't appear:

I give up, I have spent more on trying to list this auction then I will ever get out of it. But I did learn a few things. Thanks for you answers
