From reading this and other threads I gather the following:

Auctiva creates a store out of any Ebay listings done via Auctiva;
This listings leave the Auctiva store when they expire on Ebay;
Auctiva stores have a category for "store items" which would appear to be Ebay store type listings (i.e. non-auction 3 cent a month fixed price items);
This category (on my store) is empty because all I have is auction listings.

This implies to me that Auctiva can be used to load Ebay store listings.

Am I correct? If so, how is this done?

For any helpers (please!) you can see my default store at "shepogden"

Auctiva's free Store is not a full ebay store, i.e. not eligible for ebay Store store listing for 30 days at discount price (in itself). That requires the usual ebay Store subscription at ebay.

Auctiva can be used to load Store listings, but you'd first need an ebay Store subscription at ebay.

I hope that helps clarify.

Hi Just So,

Welcome to Auctiva...

The Auctiva store is not necessarily a replacement for your eBay store, so you certainly may want to continue with your eBay Stores subscription even though your now have an Auctiva store. Your Auctiva store is a customizable storefront that displays all of your active eBay listings at any given time, and can be reached by clicking the link on the bottom-right of your scrolling gallery. You can find the customization option available for your Auctiva store under the “Store” tab within your account.

While your eBay store also displays all of your active eBay listings at any given time, it can be reached by the “Visit My Store” link that eBay places in your auctions and, most importantly, even if you have an Auctiva store, an eBay store is still required to post “store item” format listings, which are “Buy it Now” only, entail extended listing durations, and are charged according to the eBay Stores fee structure.
