I have imported ended listings from Ebay to Auctiva so I can use the templates etc but when I go to put the pics in, only the first pic in the listing is showing.

None of the 2nd, 3rd,or whatever pics are there to insert into the Auctiva listing.

I have several listings to do and I was looking for an easy way to get them all done in the shortest time possible using the master profile.

After spending hours last night trying to do the master profile and saving it. I can't find it.
This Auctiva thing looks very good if only I could work it out.
I know I could do all the listings one by one but that still doesn't help when I can't find any of the subsequent pics I used for each listing.
It looks like when I imported them from Ebay to Auctiva it only imported the first pic in each listing but that doesn't make sense.

Boy! Am I ready to pull my hair out?
Yesssssssss!!!!

No, no... don't pull your hair out, you'll only have to spend more time vaccuming it up later Big Grin
From your Auctiva Home Page look at the top row of tabs; you'll see one labled 'Profiles'. Click that, and when you get to that page, you will see a lower set of tabs, that will have options to Create or Manage all of your Profiles and Seller Details. Click on any of these options and start typing! Wink Master Profiles are created AFTER you have finished the rest of them. Simply choose a combo of Details, Marketing, Shipping, etc and combine them under on Master name. I have numerous profiles, because i sell everything from Motorcycles to apparel to used parts, and they all require different shipping, return policies, etc.
I dunno why all of your pics didn't upload to auctiva, but as long as you haven't deleted them from your Sold or Unsold folders on eBay, you can simply open that listing and copy and paste your pics from eBay to Auctiva. Unlike Auctiva, eBay doesn't have a way to keep people from stealing our pictures! Text, too, btw. Copy and Paste is my BEST friend!!
Also, i HIGHLY reccomend that you download the Drag and Drop uploader. I regularly upload < 50 pics at a time, with no problems. Create your folders BEFORE you upload the pics. Trust me on this one!
