I'm curious why you wouldn't want the system to calculate your Priority Mail, also.

Could it be because you have to pay for the box, when using UPS, but not when using Priority?

In that case, I add a sentence in my Shipping box that reads "88 cents added for packaging at time of invoice, for UPS shipments", and then I tack that on when I invoice them via eBay to the UPS calculated amount.
Please let me know if I am not understanding something, but for example: I have an item that will fit into a USPS priority mailer. That items weighs 10lbs. If it fits into the envelope, then the cost to ship is $4.05. If I have to use one of the boxes, then it is $8.10. If I have the system calculate the USPS priority mail cost, it doesn't use the flat rate figures. (Calculated to CA zip code from FL was over $23.00). I want to offer the option to either send the package via USPS Priority Mail (fixed price) or UPS (calculated based on zip code).
Thanks...
I see what your saying. I've only used the caculator a few times so didn't think about it not using the flat rate.

What I always do is take the farthest zip code from me and quote that shipping, then if it is less I adjust it on the invoice when I bill them.

I know thats not what your asking but other then putting a message in the Other detail box I'm not sure how to do it.
