Using Folders | Auctiva

Hi, I need help with folders and organizing all of our auctions. I attended the Live Auctiva training for listing but do not see any on this topic.
The issue is the many SAVED LISTINGS in the same place but different colors. Is there a way to store them someplace seperate in Auctiva? That is what I expected with creating the folders. Thanks for any help out there...

Hi, when you click on saved listings when it loads you will see 2 drop down boxes on the left side...if you choose no folder in the second box..it will not show any of your folders you made, only saved listings not in folders. Or you can choose to just show listing in one particular folder. Hope this helps!
