Using Left Nav Bar with template

I like your templates & they look good in Ebay - but if I want Ebay set up with the store header & Left Navigation bar the template is too large - I don't want the scroll left/right.

How do I custom the template to make it all fit on the same screen.

I also seem to remember an Auctiva staff member say that they were working on a way to incorporate the left navigation bar better into their templates.
