Using My Domain Name not on Auctiva

If your domain is something like www.your-company-name.com, and you are the registered owner, then I would figure you can do whatever you want with it. I would check over any agreements or conditions you agreed to during the domain purchase, just to be sure. I think assisting people in buying a domain name is just a nice service that Auctiva is doing, and I wouldn't think they would hold any kind of exclusivity agreement with you regarding your domain name. Check, though, just to be sure.

File a support case on the help page. We'll transfer it to you and you can do whatever you you'd like.

We've got things set up to give you a store and email addresses, but if you want to do other things you'll have to get it transferred and do them.
