I am still using the old Auctiva listing template and Explorer 8. I understand that if I switch to Explorer 11 that template will no longer work. How to upgrade to the new listing template and is there a tutorial?

I am not entirely clear on what you refer to as we do not have templates specific to more recent browsers, so if you refer to the templates available for use as the backgrounds on your listings, these would be the same regardless of which browser you use.
It sounds like you may be referring to the description editor in your account, and if so, you can make that change on the Account Preferences page of your Auctiva account. The option is in the Listing Management section of the page and there is a check box for "Use Design Editor v2.0". You need only check that box and save your changes to update to the newer editor. Please note that making this change is permanent.
If you encounter difficulty or you refer to some other element of your Auctiva account, please file a support case from under the Help tab of your account letting us know the details of what you refer to and we will be happy to assist you with that.
