Thanks for contributing to our forum. If you choose to use Feedback Forms in your listings, a widget which says "Comment on my listing" will be added to the bottom of your items that will allow viewers to share feedback with you about your listings.
Feedback Forms does not allow you to respond to viewers who have left you feedback though, unless they happen to include their contact information in their feedback comments, so you would continue to use eBay's messaging system to communicate with potential buyers who may have questions.
One of the most popular benefits of Feedback Forms is that you can customize the questions that are asked within the widget in order to solicit information about specific aspects of your listings that you are concerned about and/or are considering changing.
