Hi Andy, I finally realized that Auctiva was not likely to ever get their problems resolved so I went back to using turbo lister (if you ever think turbo is slow just try Auctiva for a while, you will quickly realize just how fast turbo really is!). I did not cancel my account with Auctiva so now all of my listings done with turbo automaticly get Auctiva's store window, it usually takes a few hours for it to be added but it does get there. I hope this answers your question, but you might want to reconsider whether you want this feature or not. It looks cool and would be great if it worked as it was intended, but like most of Auctiva it has problems. Your sold items continue to appear on it long after they have sold and there is nothing you can do to get rid of them. I know that Auctiva says that all items are rotated and removed every so many hours but that just doesn't happen. If you sell quite a few items it is conceivable that you could end up with this window full of items that were already sold. That should make potential buyers happy, wasting their time asking them to look at items you no longer have for sale!
