Using Videos in a listing

I want to use a short 15 second video in a listing to explain how a toy works. I have an outside FTP site to store the video. Can I use the link where you would normally use a link for photo's. (if you used and outside FTP for photos)

And will it work?

Hi,

The links in the listing page for photos only operate with photo formats, like .jpg and .gif. Normally, for a video you use an embedded player code, e.g. upload to youtube and use their chrome player embed codeset. eBay actually has a policy and list of sites they permit for video play.
