USPS Rate Increase 1/27/13 and our Shipping Labels

Hello Community,

As a few of you may have noticed, our quoted rates for shipping labels aren't reflecting the newest USPS rate increases. We are in the process of updating all the rates, which should be completed by Tuesday January 29th.

The postage on the labels is purchased "behind the scenes" from our label service provider and is correct. You do not need to worry that the postage isn't sufficient (for labels purchased after the rate increase on Sunday.) We are just not currently charging you (our users) the correct amount.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact Customer Support.

Thank you for your patience while we update the rates!

PS: The Parcel Post option is also being removed since the USPS is no longer offering online postage for this service. When our provider has the new "Parcel Select" option available, we'll try to have that added to our services.
