Variation Multiple Listing Drop Down Menu

Thanks for posting your question here. Based on what you have described, it sounds like you may just be thinking that the variation information is not set up correctly because the drop down menus from which buyers would choose the variations they want are not showing up on the listing preview page within Auctiva.

Our preview page is unable to show those drop down menus at present so, if that is the case, you should still be able to post the listing to eBay and the drop down menus should show up on the listing once it has been posted to eBay.

If there is more to the problem than I have addressed here, I recommend contacting our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab on our site and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

I have deleted the listing from ebay since they were not functional. But, they were displaying on ebay the same way as they were on the preview, the variations show as a list, no drop down menu.

UPDATE: I'm not really sure what I did right, but I've got at least one listing now that has everything working right. lol Hope I can do a few more!! Thanks for your assist.
