Is auctiva capable of handing variations. example. I monogramm, I would like for customer to choose font and thread
Also, it said there was a help number while you were trying out the product, I looked, do not see it.

Thanks for posting your question here. Yes, you should be able to create variation listings through Auctiva provided that you are selling in the fixed price format and within a category for which eBay supports the user of variations.
Once you have selected “Fixed Price” as your Sale Type and chosen a category which supports variations on the Auctiva lister page, you should see an “Add/Edit Variations” link show up just below the Custom Item Specifics area which you can use to create your variations.
