Thanks for posting your question here. I looked through our support case records and could not find any recent support cases associated with email address on file. We are not expereincing any technical problems that would explain this behavior, so it sounds like there is a connection issue related to your network.

If you are connecting to the internet through a router, the first thing I recommend trying that is most likely to resolve this problem is to reset your router. If you are uncertain how to do this, you should be able to find instructions in the instruction manual or by contacting the manufacturer's customer support team.

If you continue to encounter the same problem after resetting your router, I would then recommend resetting your modem to see if that resolves the problem. You could find instructions on how to accomplish that in the same manner.
