Hey there,
I am an ebay store owner trying to figure out how to drive more traffic and more buys to my store. I heard about Auctiva and Im trying to figure out it works in regards to my store and my store inventory. How would I list something from my store inventory through Auctiva. Also how long does it take for the Auctiva storefront to take effect when you click on the store window? Thanks for your time!!

You can list something from your store inventory through Auctiva by selecting 'Store Item' next to Sale Type at the top of the listing page and then creating the rest of the auction as normal. If you list the item through Auctiva, it will be instantly added to your Auctiva storefront. Any items listed outside of Auctiva will take around 4-6 hours or so to get automatically added to your Auctiva store.
I think I see a question (I haven't asked yet) has been answered. The Auctiva store is NOT the same as an eBay store.
I don't have (nor probably ever will) an eBay store so I was a bit confused originally by the "store" appearing in my auctions - not displeased tho!.
In Auctiva parlance - isn't a Store just a list of Auctions that aren't treated any differently?
If I am making my self clear .......
Grooner,

The item you are referring to being placed into your auction is what we call a "Store Window" this shows items that you have listed through us to eBay. Someone may click on an item and it will take them to that listing. If they click on the link "Click here to view all my eBay items" the customer will be taken to your "Store" this is an item that is given to all Auctiva customers. The "Store" is a customizable "site", if you will, where you can create pages for custom searches, an about me page, a contact page, you can choose to add you logo, and color the page the way you see fit. All the items are linked to their corresponding eBay auction but it can be a very useful way for you to showcase all you item the way you like plus you can also send a link for your store to your customers so that they can check out all the items you have to sell. So the answer is yes, the Auctions are not treated any differently! No, it is not the same as an eBay store especially when you consider the price difference. But it can be a very useful tool in branding your business and helping your customers find what you have to sell easily.
