Hi Victoria,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I just reviewed the Image Management page and found that the only images there are in the "Imported Listings" folder, which most likely means they were imported automatically. Each time a new account is created, our system creates a small sample of saved listings from the seller's existing listings and the images from those listings are imported as a result.

In order to upload new images into your account from your computer as you are creating your listings, you will just need to click the “Upload” button that appears on the pop up window which is displayed when you click any of the “Select Image” boxes on the lister page.

Alternatively, if you would like to upload images into your Auctiva account outside of the listing creation process, you can do so by mousing over the “Images” tab, selecting the “Upload” option, and then clicking the link associated with the uploader you would like to use on the ensuing page.
