Is it possible to insert video in the listing??

yes, you can insert a video into listings you create in Auctiva to post to eBay. The video does need to be available on YouTube to do so.
You get the code from the YouTube page where your video is. Beneath the video player click on 'Share', then click on 'Embed'. You will then need to check the box for "Use old embed code" so that the small window shows that code. Copy the code from that window and then paste it into the item description area of your listing where in the description you wish the video to appear.
When you are on the one page lister creating your listings, you will need to set the Item Description Editor to HTML mode by clicking on the 'Source' button in the upper left of the editor tools to add this code; please keep in mind that the video will appear in the item description wherever you place the code.
If you encounter any trouble inserting a video in a listing, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know what you are encountering in which listing and we will be happy to take a look.
