I'm trying to branch out though, and has purchased the basic package with sellathon. Unfortunately, I just don't understand a few things.
1. When they say "copy and paste" that code to your current auctions, where on earth are you supposed to insert it at. They say to paste it to clipboard. I guess that is so you don't have to copy/paste over and over. But where on earch are you supposed to insert it on your current auctions, or can you do this? Their help/faq section is not very informative, or at least it wasn't for me (maybe I'm just duh, stupid!) Help me with that PLEASE. I've already purchased monthly service and haven't done anything except set up my preferences.
2. When you want to view your tracking, can't you just view online, or do you have to download it somewhere to view? I'm not a big seller (yet) and I don't know if I need to download and save it on a disc? or do I? Guy's I'm not a stupid person, I just feel like it. Am I crazy that I don't understand?
