I was wondering the same thing! also why does the click counter never match ebays...and when i am showing a bid it takes up to a day for it to register on the auctiva listing in auctiva?

You should edit your Seller Details profile under the Profiles tab. From there click Manage Profiles. Set the counter to Sellathon. The only other choice is hidden. I don't know if you can get the basic ebay counter through Auctiva. Not sure that will help you, but try it if you haven't already.

I know what you mean DeAnna, same goes for my Auctiva store. Today it is still showing the bidding from yesterday. There are more bids on one auction and a first bid on another, but they don't show in the store. Frustrating...
