Hi,

I'm sorry you're having trouble. Usually you don't have to wait unless you purposely scheduled your item to post at a later time. The API is how Auctiva talks to eBay. If you hover your cursor over the API error, does it give you any hints as to what it could be? You might want to file a support case so we can help with your specific issue.
