want flat rate shipping-auctiva marking free shipping

I am trying to list with flat rate shipping..when I preview..shipping box comes up with FREE shipping...I am NOT putting 0 in the shipping box to signify free....come on Auctiva..too many glitches happening...I am not happy with any of this...yesterday..could not preview w/o saving..today it posts free shipping..and for this they want me to pay them??????

Ok..I had to offer calculated shipping then offer flat rate as 2nd choice and it posted correctly...at lease the preview showed correct...this is getting too complicated...the reason I switched to Auctive from SYI was the ease...now I am having serious doubts...

Did you try to set up a shipping profile? I use flat rate shipping but with a profile and it works fine for me.
