Yes there is, but I can't tell you where because the top of my page here is covered in red x's (maintenence night). I know it's in the help FAQS, you can find out about it there.

Again I can't tell you directly what to click on because Auctiva is still shut down for maintenance but you just need to click on the Images tab and search through the info and you should come across it.
