watermark placement problem

Hi Kids,
I just uploaded new photos and the format has changed. I am having problems while trying to place watermarks, after placing the watermark box where I want it and entering it. I then go back to check it and it's in a different area. I use script embedded in my gallary shots and I want just the photo of product marked not the script! Help Please.
