Hi grove lodge,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. There was a short period of time the morning on Friday, September 28 during which some users were unable to watermark images due to an issue with our image host, but that issue did not last multiple days so I am uncertain if that may have been related to the errors you encountered.

If you are still encountering errors when attempting to watermark your images, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will do our best to help you out.
