ways of deleting recent catagories

simply is there a way to delete from the drop down menu catagories that i dont want or have not used in months?

I have the same problem. Does anyone out there know how to do this? When using the Auctiva listing page, there is a drop down menu under Category ID. The drop down menu shows every category I have ever listed in. I typically only use a few of them. They don't change position when you use them, it is a dead zone. So the question is, where and how can this drop down menu be edited?
