but when we upload in the heading details it says FREE SHIPPING
then we need to edit all the listing to make it not FREE
what do we need to do to fix this before we upload them

Hello and welcome to Auctiva,
I believe this will be correct info, if I understand what you are doing correctly.
Go to Profiles and select Shipping
Fill in the information requested at the top of the page.
Select your Ship to locations:
(I'm assuming you use a Flat Rate for shipping,) so be sure that selection has the tic mark
In the Domestic Shipping Service click in the drop box and select Other (see description)
When you do this, in the eBay listing there will be a hotlink at the top of your listing that can be clicked and it takes you bidder to the Shipping, payment box and says something like "Check item description and payment instructions......."

Oh, forgot to say, but it really goes without saying, be sure to give you Shipping Profile a recognizable name and save it.
