When your website is having trouble or is down, it
would be nice if you could let us know with some
kind of a message like Ebay does with its message
board arrangement. To say nothing as you do is
extremely ignorant and ir-responsible to the many
users of your software. You have the knowledge
and expertise to do this so how about putting forth the EFFORT!!!

This has been said OVER AND OVER AND OVER again! Gets the same quality attention to customer service as just going out of business for a day or rolling out a completely different program with no help files and then going on vacation. These people at Auctiva can't possibly have any knowledge, training, or background in customer service. Seems they even lack basic common sense. That or they are genuine A holes. Mad
