Weekend Support from Auctiva Service

Why isn't there any tech support on weekends? I filed an urgent request for help this morning 5:50AM PST because I'm on the east coast and it was almost 9AM. It's almost 3PM and I still don't have any answers to my repeated requests for help.
I think they should have support starting AT LEAST by 9AM EST.
