Weight Error for Local Pickup

There have been several strange errors posted by members trying to use Local Pickup. One of the Auctiva folks posted they were aware of an error concerning State Sales tax and Local Pickup, but this is the first I've seen of this combination.

I recall two ways to do Local Pickup on the lister.

1) Use Local Pickup Only (as opposed to Flat or Calc).

2) Use Local Pickup as an option under Flat Rate (and make sure you fill-in an amount for cost including $0 for Free/No Charge).

Don't know which one you tried, but you might try the other and see if it works.

I'd also file a Support Case (HELP link at top of page).

Thanks!! I had tried #1 and received the error. I just tried your #2 suggestion, and it worked! I also then ended up editing shipping in ebay to take away the $0 shipping fee so that it clearly states local pickup.

Well, I'm happy that suggestion WORKS!

I wouldn't have thought you'd need to Revise to remove the $0, i.e. it is legitimate to have a pickup fee (handling) on an item and $0 implies free pickup. Oh well....just happy it got it listed.
