What do I need to do to for a 30 day fixed price listing?

I'm fairly new and I want to try 30 day fixed price listings for the items I was not able to sell doing auctions. The longest duration it gives me a choice of is 10 days. I have spent quite of bit of time trying to search for the answer, but I could not find it. So what am I missing?
