Post new merchandise ads to eBay & eBay motors.

It has now been over 13 hours since we have been able to post and yet we have no response from anyone at Auctiva, I thought now that you are preferred provider with Ebay you would be more responsive and at least acknowledge customers concerns. I do not know what the problem is, I do not care what the problem is, What I care about is that I pay you for a service and I expect it to work and if it doesn‘t I expect someone to do something about it and not take 1/2 a day to do it.
We are still getting the same error messages as last night and I see this is not an isolated issue from checking the boards.
Let‘s get the issue solved, TODAY!!!

Just to let everyone know I got it straightened out by re-installing the program.

HOW DO YOU REINSTALL?

Are you guys using the classic software?
I believe there is a whole different forum for you guys. Most here are using the free program via online.
