Heidi, usually that happens when ebay "thinks" you have some javascript or other banned code in your listing. Best thing to do is file a support ticket, telling them which listing is making trouble, they can run it through a validation tester and determine the exact problem. http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
I just ran the "Error Check" tool on your listing entitled "A/C Compressor for 2.7 Concord & Intrepid 98-04" and the following two errors were returned:
1) At least one of Location and Zip must be provided. 2) At least one of the payment methods: MOCashiers, PersonalCheck, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Other Payment Method, must be accepted.
Once you have corrected these problems, you will be able to post this listing successfully through your Auctiva account.
I just reviewed this listing and it appears the only field that needs to be filled in now is the "Cost" field next to "USPS Parcel Post" in the "Shipping Tools" section of the lister page. Once you have entered your flat rate shipping cost, it looks like you should be able to post this listing successfully.
If you need further assistance with this issue, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:
ALWAYS do an 'error check' when you're done with your Auctiva listing...it will tell you ecactly what you need to do Like the above poster, it's usually something simple like a missing zipcode...
yep done that. thing is when I started yesterday it wouldn't let me add different postage options. Now it seems to be passing and has no errors but it doesn't load onto ebay or show up as an active listing in auctiva.
I just reviewed your account and found that your 11/28 posting attempt was rejected by eBay, and I have since retrieved the exact error message that was returned. If you log into your Auctiva account and view the preview of the saved listing entitled "Auctiva Support - Complete API Error Message", you will be able to read the complete error description that was returned by eBay and visit any links contained within the error message.
