Please forgive me if I'm asking a stupid question !
But is there someone who can explain this to me: .. what exactly is the difference and how are these fees calculated (I'm aware of the estimated calculations at the end of a proposed listing, that's not my point) ?
Do I pay new listing fees every time I list or re-list an item or can I relist continuously the same item, with the same item #, for the same initial listing fees, if this item doesn't sell ?
I know eBay is charging the hell out of me and that's why I'm trying to figure this out.
