What happens when I generate an ebay token with another company like auctiva's? I currently have about 10 things on ebay going for sale and I found another company to do my listings through that give me more options.

I think all the token does is give ebay permission to share certain information with the other web site, eg:- your shop name and listings but not passwords etc.
So than what happens when I do that with the new company I go with. Do all of my listings change to their new format or does it mix it up or what? Because I remember when I had first found out about auctiva, I had auctions in progress and when I generated a token, it automatically changed the look like of the listing. The gallery of photos showed up and everything. Thats what I'm asking.

What happens when you generate a token for aonther service depends on that service. So I would go and ask them what they do when you sign up with them.
