Actually there is another thread about 8 down in the list of topics called "Water Marking" where Auctiva Cara mentions it's offline.

It sounds like there was originally a bug during the June 7th release. Then in a release about 3 weeks ago we fixed that bug, but it opened up another problem. So now we're reworking things with a bigger overhaul to fix it once and for all.
I know there was a problem with the initial release in early June that they fixed near the end of June and that fix started crashing our servers, lol. Thus it was imperative that we remove watermarking immediately. You shouldn't have noticed the crashed servers because we have special equipment that when one crashes another takes over.
The wait now is that we only do releases every 1-3 months so we have to wait until we put out our next update to include the fix.

Hello Jeff, I checked yesterday 7/15/2007, the water mark was working then, came back today it is gone again. So If I read it correct you say it will be 1 to 3 months now before it is up again. Just checking

We turned it on for a few hours so that we could find out exactly what part of watermarking was crashing the servers. Then we turned it off again.
It will be back within 2 months. I'm not sure if we have any releases planned between now and then, it could be sooner.

I was very excited yesterday thinking it was finally up and running again, had missed it terribly. LOL Everything seem to work except it wasn't. The watermark didn't stay on my photo's. Darn. I will have to find another means of watermarking, I like it to much to wait a few months again.
