What happened in my listing?

Hello Everyone, We are new to Auctiva and listed 2 last night. I do not know what went wrong. I created a new listing with template, etc. and when posted at Ebay it has 2 templates. The new one created and an old one that was listed for same item months ago. I cannot figure out what is not set up correctly in our account or profiles or what? Thanks for any help...

You may want to file a support case about this issue using the appropriate link on our help page. This will allow our support staff to look at your listing and hopefully figure out what went wrong.

Our support site is down right now but will likely be back up later on in the day.
