It sounds like you are both being impacted by the issue I posted about on the following thread of our community forum yesterday:
https://community.auctiva.com/e...=915103664#915103664Our engineering team is aware of the issue and is working to get it resolved as soon as possible and, while I'm not quite sure when it will be resolved at this time, I will be posting further updates on the issue to that thread as additional information becomes available.
On a more positive note, there is a simple work around you should be able to do that will allow you to see your descriptions within the editor as you could before our site update yesterday morning. In order to be able to see them again, you should just need to make the following change to your account preferences:
1) Mouse over the "My Account" tab and select the "Acct Preferences" option under "Settings"
2) Select "Design Editor" from the drop down menu next to "Default Editor on One-page Lister" in the "Listing Management" section
3) Click the "Update Account Preferences" button below
Once you have done so, you should be able to see your descriptions within the editor again. If that does not work, it would indicate you are being impacted by something else, in which case I recommend contacting our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site:
