Yep I used to use Auctiva when it was free, now I only use the free bits. The gallery was one of them.

Anyway I just done a test and re listed 2 items that last week had the gallery on them. The first I done within ebay using the re list function and it worked fine gallery and all. The second from my turbo lister inventory when I went to upload the listing to eBay it came and with a warning about removing shipping insurance soon then uploaded. But without the gallery. I have never offered shipping insurance in any of my listings because in the UK insurance is included in the price of the stamp. So the way I see it (and I don't fully understand how this token thing works) I tried to upload a listing at the same time as this the auctiva token tried to add its thing to the listing. But turbo lister detected it and read it as insurance (after all thats what auctiva was all about) and prevented auctiva from adding what ever code it adds to make the scrolling gallery work.

But wether that is what happened or not I kind of need to sort it out.
Hi Community,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble some of you are having. I am not aware of any widespread problems that would account for the scrolling gallery not updating so we'd need to take a look at the account of each user experiencing this to see what's going on.

If anyone is still having trouble with the scrolling gallery, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
