What happened to Parcel Post?

Hi,

Just creating a new listing for a heavy cast iron piece. this would be expensive to ship priority but the only options Auctiva has in my listings are first class or Priority. Does anyone know what happened to the Parcel Post option? Afterall, there is supposed to be NO change to Parcel post rates.

Hi!
Parcel post is available. Are you creating a listing from a Saved Listing? Or is there a Master Profile loaded by default when you create a brand-new listing that has only the Priority/First Class shipping options? The shipping options have not changed on our site, so I'm not sure why else they wouldn't appear in your listing.
If you checked the profiles and are still having an issue, please contact our Support.
